After a lengthy battle with cancer, Tony Fodero passed away on June 27, 1988.

 

Tony joined the Department of Communications (DOC) in 1972 as a radio inspector in the Toronto District Office. Since 1985 he had been the Regional Emergency Telecom­munications Planning Officer, Ontario Region.

 

Tony was always eager to accept new challenges and will be remembered for his diligence and competence in meeting these tasks.

 

He is survived by his wife Marney and two children.
