I met the man in 2002 in
his surplus shop way back when involved in the Quebec region museum project.
His address then was Box 606 Smith Falls, On. Dont
know if he had an eMail. We had talked about his
radio life but so far I haven't found any memoirs I
might have written. He thought his 2nd Class was
issued under the Ministry of Munitions but afterward, he sent me a photo of
his certificate herewith. Will be back when I find
out more if possible.
