Retirement - Mr. Thomas (Tom) Grant

 

Dear Colleagues:

 

As the festive season winds down it brings to light yet another special milestone that we must plan for.   As many of you are aware, after 36 + years of loyal service our dear friend and colleague Tom has made plans to retire his "Frequency Selection & EMC Shingle" on January 31st, 2011 and passionately pursue interests and matters closer to his heart.

 

With this grand occasion quickly approaching, I ask that you consider contributing towards the purchase of an appropriate retirement artifact(s) and give consideration to any special farewell messages in the form of cards/e-mails/special gifts that you wish to pass along to Tom.

 

I ask that you graciously send such contributions and/or considerations by Friday, January 21st to Jeff or myself.

 

Tom has asked for nothing formal and wishes to simply attend the "usual/casual" lunching outing.  I suspect that this will occur the week of Jan 24th.
